"Lily" The Self-Flying Drone That Follows You

These days we are living in a time where everybody tries to capture and save most of the important moments of their life. Drones are being used and modified from different developers to fit out needs and to make them easy to use. There are different Drones on market but this special one attracted my attention with the cool features it has
This particular drone is called Lily and is amazing on things it can do...

One of the main problems after buying a drone is to learn how to pilot it, it takes time and practice learning to fly it and if you don't fly it right that it may cost you some extra money to change damaged parts. Lily takes this problem out of your hand by automating the flight. The quadcopter has automatic pilot system and can follow you up to 40 kilometers per hour at a height of 3 to 10 meters. Equipped with a 1080p at 60 frames per second camera lily can capture high-definition video. The idea of this particular drone, according to Menlo Park lily robotics, is not to compete against drone makers but to compete on  the action sports camera makers. Lily cofounder, Antoine Balaresque, said that they don't want to be on the drone space but on the GoPro space.
Lily uses a combinations of  GPS and Visual processing for tracking the user. Also lily contains an accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer GPS and three cameras, one to make sure is stabilized, one camera for tracking the user and another one for recording. Also Lily is equipped with a microphone.
To control the drone you can use an app and define the zone of flying if you want or put it on automatic just to follow you while in action . Lily is water proof and can its battery can keep it in air up to 20 min. On the video above you can watch a better explanation for this amazing Drone.
